Bracket was easy - a local welder fabbed the bracket using 2 inch wide, 1/4 inch thick mild steel, which I covered with three coats of Rustoleum. I installed a short top link as suggested by Farmer Dan. Other than bushing the tractor and harrow bracket holes down to receive the little top link, the new parts are working well. To make the unit fully usable, and since the second gang of disks were not rigid to the front half due to rusting of bolts plus wear over the decades, I installed some new grade 8's to join the two halves together firmly.

Works a treat.
