I would think the Ford 101 Plow was introduced in the early 60's when Ford switched from the red and grey color scheme on the tractors to the blue color. Prior to then, Dearborn and Ford plows carried the prefix of '10' to designate it as a ground engaging implement. For example: Dearborn Prior Model 10-1 Plow; Dearborn 10-146 Plow; etc. After the 101 Plow, models got bigger and more bottoms. There was the 140 Series and the 150 Series plows to name a few. I'll try to search for more info for you, meantime Scott Deppen may chime in with more accurate info...
