Thanks
I've read through that book and it does give a lot of tips. Joe is right the front wheel definitely wasn't cutting, neither is the rear really. I have it apart now. The caster frame for the front was so sloppy the wheel couldn't stay vertical. i'll have to sleeve it but in the mean time i've robbed the front one from the dearborn plow that seized. the coulter is in better shape but still has a large nick and a tear in it, I will weld that and give it a shot. I will have to buy some coulter blades but I see there is a choice of different edge styles? which is the best do you think? (wavy, serrated and what not) Also I will have to change the hubs over and they are riveted, so should I try and replace the rivets? (have to find my snap :) ) or just bold them together?
