Not interested in your 9n but personally I don't think an 8N is enough of an upgrade to be worthwhile. And you will hate the way too fast reverse on them.
I would hold out for a Jubilee or newer. If you are in NW WI I will suggest you consider that 2000 that is in Ladysmith. I know the seller and can vouch for his honesty and mechanical ability.
